Salty burgers standard crinkle chips at extortionate prices. 2 of their burgers and chips and 2 shakes came to £46. There's no service you do it all. Dishes look great but taste is low on their priorities.
Now the shake I had was great if pudding-like but my son was ill after eating here so not too sure about the hygiene could have just been all the fat sugar and salt featured in their menu.

Shake Shack isn?t quite as good as they once were. Burger was a bit on the dry side and shoddily assembled. That?s the sign of cheaper fast food chains. The cheese fries were still good but lacked salt. It?s still pretty good but hasn?t been outstanding for a few years.

It was close to the British Museum and convenient for a quick lunch until the reservation time. Perhaps because of the high price, it wasn't too crowded, and it was served within a few minutes of ordering. The taste was just as delicious as in Tokyo or New York, and even though there were 4 of us, the staff gave us a table for two, and we were impressed by the hospitable service. However, once again, the price is high.

The food is good and the place is nice.
I found the service to be poor, with the waiters being unwilling.
I ordered a beer and 2 burgers.
Afterwards, I got up to order another beer from the bar.
I ordered it and was immediately informed that it would only be one more and that I would have to leave the place, as it was the house policy.
I would still go back.

Food was just average . In comparison with other Shake Shacks in other countries definitely inferior . Patties were hard , sauce wasn?t found , just a shame . Toilet was really dirty , almost disgusting .

The burgers are very good but a little small. They don't have a bad price for London. The potatoes with cheese are delicious.

Food was good, if a little pricey. I do not understand why you need to input details and accept T&Cs to order at the self service (saw at least 4 customers leave after being presented with this screen), but you can just go to the counter.

Generally always able to get a seat and it's really convenient for nearby theatres.
