For more than a year, I have collaborated with Serenity Integrated Care on projects involving patients in supported living. The best facilities I've ever visited are at their bases in Southend-on-Sea and Birmingham. Each member of the team genuinely cares about the patients they are caring for. Staff members here treat residents like family, which I have never experienced before. Homemade meals, supportive staff, and the ability to support patients with dignity. I cannot give the place a higher recommendation. Amazing location. Meet the team and have a tour. They are outstanding! The building is immaculate, clean, and well-maintained. The ideal location for your loved one who needs more care.

This isnt your ordinary care provider . i love being pampered and i was surpised to learn they have a pampering team for nail grooming and post op services . i had lipo and an amazing post op massage therapist come in and attend to my drainage after surgery . This service is more than needed !! happy so far !!
