Went for lunch. The service was on the expected level, the atmosphere too. The oysters are fantastic - highly recommend trying all of them and don't worry about the other starters. Great Bloody Mary as well. Everything else was tasty but fairly average, especially with the prices in mind (think Michelin-star level).

Every thing we tasted was alright.
Kind of expensive for the portion size.
I hate to say that I had a stomach bug couple of hours after finishing eating!
Would not recommend the ceviche which I thing it was associated with the stomach bug.

Everything was perfect.
Of course food is pricier than it should be, but this is a rooftop in London with nice views and interiors, so I wasn't expecting anything different.
However, the reason for 4 stars is that they sneak in a £1 charity donation without even asking or letting you know. How cheeky?!

Seabird is just a short 6-minute walk from Blackfriars station, perched on the 14th floor of The Hoxton. Though you enter through the hotel, there?s a direct lift to the restaurant. You?re greeted at the door by a friendly host who points you towards the lift, and once upstairs, another warm welcome awaits in a space that?s about style and ambience.
The menu leans heavily towards seafood, with dishes offered in small, medium, and large portions depending on your appetite, plus a good range of sides. We ordered the grilled octopus, a small charcuterie plate, salad, potato fries, and some salmon ; everything was fresh and delicious.
The views alone are worth the visit, with London?s skyline and city lights creating the perfect backdrop. What stood out most, though, was the staff ? consistently attentive and friendly. All in all, a beautiful evening.

The food was delicious and there?s such great vibes in there. The staff were so kind, and welcoming and Oliver and Jana were great from start to finish. Cheesecake is the best cheesecake I?ve ever had and I?ve been to San Sebastián!!

Anyone who has given this place less than 5 stars deserves to be banned from London - when I say I have never ever been looked after so well in a city restaurant and I?ve been to a few. Mary if you are reading this please tell your managment to use you, Razia and Viv as prime examples of what exceptional customer service is. Thank you for everything and for making my wife and I feel special - such great people and a great place

This restaurant exceeded my expectations. While known for its seafood, the steak was surprisingly excellent as well.
The scallops and lobster rice were standout dishes, and the service was both professional and attentive. Though the place is famous for its view, the quality of the food truly impresses. It?s an ideal spot for a business dinner, offering a refined atmosphere and nice dining experience. Worth 4 stars.

Lovely space with great views. The food was decent but £80 for a bottle of white wine which was unacceptably warm. For that price we'd expect it to be chilled. Flagged with a couple of staff members who were completely indifferent and did nothing to rectify. One telling us they'd make sure it was chilled next time, presumably thinking we were tourists when we actually live locally.
