The place is quite small, made to look big by spreading the aquariums over a long distance and with VR and AR installations. I wish there were more live creatures. The whole tour took us about 40 minutes.

some good some bad ,some absolutely shocking poor and awful.. The place itself if u pay 40 on the day is over priced. but if u can get a deal and pay around 25 then its a good value as other attractions .Some of the areas are tired and sad like the ray enclosure and the penguins .. why they feel they need to have penguins , instead of some video or virtual display of them in their natural habit inn this day and age I have no idea ... Just wrong .. Some of the sharks are to large for the tanks and could be replaced by smaller sharks which would do better in a tank that size , they whole place could do with some updating . the coral reef though its a gem and very very beautiful ... its a shame they don't make the big tanks in giant reefs , now that would be something worth seeing .. the jelly fish also very beautiful and hypnotic..Now this part will go directly to the head office as it completely un acceptable ...Bag check .. Young Indian boy checking the bags Wednesday 1.30 20th march ... Very very rude , disrespectful , arrogant ,entitled and lacking in any manners , let alone customer service . repeatedly spoke in a very rude , demeaning and derogatory manner to my wife about placing her bag on the table and walking through the scanner ? absolutely clueless in how to give instructions and how to communicate with humans on a polite intelligent level? No please , no thank you , no pleasant or welcoming manner . It is completely lost on this individual and others in your employ that they are working in customer services and they are here to enhance the customer experience not detract from it and certainly not to be out right rude and aggressive towards people , who are paying quite a lot of money to visit the attractions and thus their wages ..As to the rest of the staff , mostly rubbish , lacking in customer skills and general politeness and respect , including the those taking photos of people. who acted in a very indifferent and rude manner should you not want a photograph, lastly the ticket staff at the front door, the effort was minimal . It was quite clear that most staff didn't care and didn't want to be there , The only staff members that were making an effort were the ones selling cheap rubbish as we were leaving ..there is genuine lack of information about the oceans and sea life , instead of penguins they could have some sort of genuine sealife information area .. or something else that doesn't require keeping birds captive in a hostile environment ...Overall a poor to average experience and one that is not worth £40 a ticket, thankful we had a discounted ticket so do not feel to defrauded ..

Very educational organized exhibition. The glass tunnel is the best highlight, then it comes up the big fish with circular cylinder shape. We spent more than a three hour there, I would like to suggest for those who are hurry in travel, this is a good place to go, even i visited so many countries aquarium. But among all them london sea aquarium is my favourite one ever. Lifetime memorable experience.Aquarium is somehow extremely huge, but what is worth mentioning the space arrangment and flow planning are both good enough let the visitors feel not too overcrowded. There are several interesting displays with simple easy background explanation which rather nice for young generations.

Great attraction. Definitely buy tickets beforehand as they are cheaper. It was very busy but that?s to be expected on a Saturday. It was really nice.

Literally awful, way too many people are let in, we couldn?t really see anything at all. People constantly pushed and shoved in-front of us, there were a lot of grown men standing in-front of children taking pictures for ages and not moving on so others could see. Just a nightmare experience it was stressful and not enjoyable in the slightest. To top it off it was so so expensive, £100 for 2 adults and luckily my son was free. We went in the hurricane machine which we had to pay extra for and it was like a weak hairdryer, it was clearly broken. I?m so angry I actually spent money on it. Absolutely dreadful. The two stars is for the staff and the location.

There is so much to see! I went today for the day and I had seen a lot in a couple of hours.I loved the colourful jellyfish that was towards the end and then I loved the VR experience that was awesome!!Bag searches were efficient and didn't take long and was well instructed.I loved the penguins aswell, I was able to see them walk in the polar bear corner and thought it was very cool that I saw a close up of penguins! They had a lot of fish and there was so much to see.The gift shop, there was a machine where you could personalise your souvenirs and I got myself a keyring and a fridge magnet, both with my name on!It was worth the money and I would come back again, I had a wicked time!

It?s great experience overall, I really loved the coral reef and the shark tanksGiving 4 stars because it seems a bit over-priced - we paid around £35 each for tickets bought the previous day. Also children over 2 are charged so we had to pay for 2.5 year old . Most places would have under 3s go with a free pass. As we were with 2 y old we also spend less time there , around 1.5h , I think the average is 2hLast time I went a few years ago I was really impressed by the penguins, now the glass was foggy and there were so many people that it was hard to see muchI probably wouldn?t go again soon, but it?s a good experience for someone who hasn?t been and have no small kids

Not worth your money! You?ll go in, it is overcrowded with family?s and their buggies all around. You have to queue for the fish tank, can?t read any information as there?s loads of people everywhere. Loud and pushy. Considering that you?re booking a time slot, I expected it to be less crowded. Buggies shouldn?t be allowed in at all, as the rooms are small enough and there?s no space if you want to pass. You won?t have any privacy, even if you will find a small spot to watch the fish, someone will be in your face all the time. Penguins are cute though.

We've been to many sea life centres, and this one is definitely one of the bigger ones. You'll find yourself passing through the latter sections wondering how many of them are left (like most of the centers, the jelly fish are last). The biggest issue though is just how crowded the place is. It's located in one of the busier tourist spots in London, and the number of visitors shows. The problem is, the layout of the place doesn't really accommodate for the numbers, with tight corridors and blind corners around every turn. This makes spending any time enjoying the sights feel rushed and pressured as the constant push of people passing through prevents you spending any real time in one place. I'd still recommend going, but try to time it right to avoid the crowds.

Visited with my husband and we loved it. I really enjoyed the tunnels where you could walk and view the fish just floating around. It was very well presented and clean, and the staff were friendly.

An absolutely amazing place for those who like the underwater world. The aquarium is located on the London Eye route, Westminster.....The tour lasts about 1 hour. Children welcome ??

The London Aquarium, I would say thousands of living creatures, millions of colors. A truly eye-pleasing spectacle. It's a great relaxation, just standing, sitting and taking in the surroundings.

For what the ticket costs, it's definitely not worth it.The aquarium is structured around a single large tank and the route goes all around it, following the various heights and offering glimpses to see inside. Dirty tub and cloudy water. All the other tanks are on the sides and are small tanks, including the one for the penguins, which unfortunately doesn't leave them too much space. If you decide to spend some money on a London attraction, a ride on the London Eye is certainly better than ?50 each in here. Not recommended, we won't be back.

went on valentine's day so obviously loads of couples but the amount of kids was INSANE. i'm not sure if it was half term or something but it was quite annoying to navigate at times so consider carefully the date and time you'd like to come. i booked my ticket for 2pm and we weren't allowed to even join the queue until 2 which i thought was wrong because then you don't actually enter until about 2.15 and you technically have limited rime in there although no one checks i think. the staff all seem super knowledgeable, friendly and cool and very eager to answer questions. i particularly enjoyed a talk happening in the round room with the boat. :) they have a lovely large variety of animals who seem mostly healthy (bar very few randomly laying on the bottom or looking a bit nibbled, but fish are weird like that), particuarly loved the sharks and penguins! also sooo many cool stingrays! it was clean and tidy inside. it is very very very kid-oriented so keep that in mind! as a student, i'd consider it overpriced but it's a popular attraction in central london and i can only hope they use their profits to help the creatures :) would go again if there was a discount of some kind And i was sure it wouldn't be full of kids
