Visited the schuh store in Covent Garden on Tuesday and was served by Jason. He was incredibly professional, pleasant, and genuinely helpful throughout. I really appreciated that he took the time to give honest advice without rushing the sale. It made the whole experience feel relaxed and customer-focused. Great service, thank you, Jason!

The staff were very helpful in this store. The store didn't have the size of the item i was looking to purchase, but the staff member was very helpful in showing me alternatives. On this day, I was sent to get a pair for shoes for my wife that was having an issue with her current shoes

20th Feb: Went to collect my husband?s order after receiving confirmation it was ready. A helpful young blonde staff member found it in the system but couldn?t locate the parcel. The manager (larger woman with brown hair) immediately claimed it had been refunded?clearly untrue. My husband confirmed no refund was issued and even sent proof that an employee (Y.Yuli) had signed for it two days prior. Instead of resolving the issue, the manager called customer service, insisting she ?knew the delivery driver? and implying I was lying. No apology, just 20 minutes wasted while she made me re-enter my details. The young staff member apologised as I left, but the manager didn?t bother. Extremely unprofessional. My husband suspects I was profiled, and honestly, it felt that way. Train your staff to handle issues properly, (and don?t copy-paste the same template response you use under every bad review.) - I?m adding this to my review: still, you were able to copy paste the same reply you put for everyone! Well done..

Truly one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. The staff comprises of (mainly) teenagers more interested in chatting amongst themselves than taking care of their clients, blatantly ignoring their customers, being quite rude in tone and acting like they are doing us a favour by bringing the shoes we required and then returning back to their conversation even when further help was needed. This is the second time I've had this experience at this specific store, and needless to say that there won't be a third.

Don?t ever buy any brand shoes in this store. They don?t have everything and will not tell you. I asked to be refunded because they did not tell me I could buy a narrow pair directly at the brand store (and thus not theirs) and refused to refund me because of their store policy and not the incapacity to do so.

I came into the store to have a pair of brand new shoes refunded. The first lady I spoke to was really nice and helpful. The second lady I spoke to with ginger hair and glasses came, said the shoes were non-refundable, and was just rude and using a disgusting tone of voice from the get-go. Before I even had a chance to say anything, she immediately spoke to me in a hostile and degrading way, half speaking to me as she was on her phone, without looking at me. I don't care about whether the shoes are refundable or not as long as im at least being talked to and explained things nicely. It's disgusting that schuh has a member of staff that thinks it's okay to talk and be like this. I tried explaining about my feet disability and she didn't even let me, it's borderline discriminatory. If you don't like customer service then don't work in customer service, simple.

I?m converted to Schuh, having used three different branches now (Hounslow, Oxford Circus, and Covent Garden). Service is excellent, and product quality is high. You pay a little more, but I?m willing to do that for the guarantee of quality and attentive service.
