Saxon Decorating (Lee and Matt) did a great job on my lounge/dining room. They were punctual at coming to do a review and quote, followed up in email and then completed job whilst I was on holiday. I?ve come back to a lovely job, really pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend and am planning to use them again soon!

It is obvious from the many reviews this is a disgusting company. They have since threatened to leave a negative review about my business unless I take this review down! We have been harrassed by this company over the last few months. The sales people have been calling my business repeatedly trying to push there products to my staff. Eventually without out consent they sent out a large amount of stationary which we had not ordered and are now insisting we pay them for an order we did not place. They have sent us a telephone recording on them speaking to one of my staff members however no where on this recording does my staff member agree to placing the order. I will making a complaint to trading standards, citizens advise and the ombudsman since business which operate in this manner should be investigated and closed down. I can see there are many other people who have had the same experience. My only advise to anyone who receives a phone call from saxons direct is to put the phone down immedialty. Otherwise you will be at risk of there abuse of pushy sales tactics and lies.The most disgraceful company I have ever dealt with!

Rude and unprofessional will never be doing business with them again. To the lady that called me (a.lester@saxonsdirect) you should not work in customer services and should go on an extensive training course to improve this.

By reading the majority of the reviews, I can see that a lot of people seem to have had the same experience as I have. The customer service here is absolutely abhorrent from both the receptionist and the actual owner. I would have just liked to resolve an issue with an order but instead was met with a woman shrieking over me so that I was hardly able to get a word in and fortunately we record our phone calls because she then wanted to tell my employer that I was being rude to her. Which the other staff in the room who could hear her screaming through the phone from the other side of the room would also disagree to.If every stationary company in the world spontaneously vanished and I needed a single pen from them to save the world, I?m sorry planet earth it wouldn?t be worth dealing with them again.10/10 would not recommend
