We recently came across the sarason website online and decided to give you a call. We were incredibly impressed with the quick and efficient service we received. The assistant who helped us was exceptionally helpful, demonstrating extensive knowledge of the products. We greatly appreciated their motivation and honesty throughout the process.

I was blown away by the exceptional Customer service
Jay went above and beyond to help me with a difficult transport issue to Ireland
He couldn't have been more helpful
Always speedy reply to emails
I have bought a lot of items through the UK and I must say this was the best customer service I genuinely ever received
Beyond grateful
Jay guided me through the best TV to suit my bathroom and it arrived after a long journey in one piece after been packed so carefully
Everything was 5 star plus
They even assisted with the set up
Absolutely in love with my new Bathroom Tv, so easy to set up

There was a fault on the first tv we had delivered but Sarason's customer service could not have been more helpful. They sent a temporary replacement within 48 hours free of charge while we waited for our new tv.
They provided regular updates and responded very quickly to my emails.
The bathroom mirror tv is stunning and a quality product. I cannot thank the Sarason team enough and will be recommending them to my friends.

We purchased a new TV for one of our bathrooms and paid to have this fitted, replacing an older unit also purchased from them which developed a faulty screen. After installation as the new model was slightly larger which we discovered the TV would not show the TV guide. We reached out to request a pickup and replacement on the same day, so we would avoid a double payment for extraction then fitting the replacement. There was some confusion as initially this was agreed but then refused as they wanted the TV back to test, despite the unit being delivered faulty - not fit for purpose. The TV was also purchased with 2 down firing speakers for the ceiling, the sound through these was not satisfactory so we had to upgrade and purchased replacements through another company. You have to be directly in front of the TV to see the picture, trying to watch TV whilst on the toilet from a slight angle the image is totally distorted. We gave up trying to get this sorted as the after sales is everything to us - we would not use them again.

Excellent water proof tv in the bathroom. Clear picture, sat well and flush on the wall. Remote simple and easy to use. Great for listening to music videos or watching your favourite drama.
I will be buying another when my current home bathroom is finished.

Purchased 19? bathroom TV in black. Very easy to install and picture quality is excellent. It has the benefit of WiFi and Bluetooth so good value for money compared to other manufacturers. It hasn?t yet passed the test of time but if it proves to be reliable for a good number of years then I would have no hesitation to recommend it.

Good price TV but after sales service is poor. My TV lasted just over a year before problems turning it on began. Would internittently fail to turn on despite changing battery in remote. Contacted Sarason, they sent a new remote. Happened again, another new remote. Happened regularly again and is now 2 yrs old and because outside if warranty, they are not interested despite the fact that it has only been turned on about 100 times. Suggested I buy a new one from them (with about £30 discount).
I've been suggested I take them to court but that takes up my time and considerable effort.
Love the TV when it works but more often than not it doesn't.
