Best shopping experience ever! Torin, Paul, the manager and another who?s name I didn?t catch (french male), were the most helpful and attentive people I have met. I could?ve stayed in this store all day - so friendly! The team are an asset to Sandro and go above and beyond.

Useless customer service. Called ahead to pick up items ordered online. After waiting 15 mins for them to find them they did not. And this is after they had called us earlier that day to say they were ready. Wasted 1hr + of our time on a Sunday evening - incompetent employees.

Don?t ever by anything from Sandro website and this store. Chasing refund for a month now. Read trustpilot reviews of the customers before ordering anything online from Sandro.

Had a credit note which expired by a few days having been out of the country. Lady on the desk was perfectly polite but said she couldn?t do anything and to speak with customer support. They in turn said it was down to the shop itself and wouldn?t help. Very disappointing.

Fantastically helpful . Bought a new jacket in Sweden a few weeks ago and realised that the lining was not correct. Took it into the store to ask them to amend and they simply swapped it for a different jacket. So happy with that. Thanks especially to Valentina for sorting that out

Rude staff. Very unhelpful , rude young staff member. Would have bought more but could not get out of the shop quick enough. Will shop in Maje next time where the staff are always amazing.
