Avoid Samsonite at all costs, they will not honour any guarantees and their products are poorly made and not fit for purpose. I'm embarassed to say I have purchased two suitcases from them, one this year and guarantees were not honoured and they charge more to repair than to replace, which is a irresponsible environmental stance to take.

Called the shop the morning before I had a flight to catch, mentioning that I had locked myself out of my suitcase, a gentleman named Tom answered and said it?ll be no bother that I should bring it in and he would try to help. Popped into the store, went to do some shopping, lo and behold, he managed to open the suitcase with 10 minutes. Superb customer service and truly a man of his word!Thank you so much Tom! Life saver!

After I lost a wheel from my Samsonite luggage, I called the St Pancras store and asked what to do. They advised me to order a replacement wheel which I did. But when it arrived I didn?t know how to put it on. I took my suitcase and spare wheel to the shop and Neha was able to put in on for me in less than 5 minutes. I know where I will always buy my luggage in the future! Thanks Samsonite team St Pancras!
