You would think they care, the whole headquarters is next to it but it is one of the most useless shops around. Early mornings, they either have breakfast but the coffee machine is not working, or it the either way around, or they haven?t go anything. Useless, useless shop

I was stood at the Self-Service for 10mins waiting for someone to confirm my age for an energy drink. Three different staff members walked past by and not one helped. After ten mins, I left. Worse Sainsbury's in London by miles!

My favourite store. Staff are brilliant and always helpful., especially Shennoy, Lloyd, John, Dilwar, Harry and Rakib. These lovely boys have a tough time as there is usually a staff shortage and unrealistic demands from clueless management. Pretty thankless job.

I was looking for a couple of wine bottles to carry back home in my luggage as souvenirs. I did find a satisfactory assortment considering the dimensions of this store.Clercks especially have been super nice and efficient at the automatic check out! Happy customer ;)
