Not honest. They say 0% commission but he gave me .7 pounds on the dollar rather than .78. I should have double checked before walking away.

Have used this place to store luggage a couple of times now, booking through the Bounce app. Solid service - very easy check in and check out process, staff very helpful, good opening hours and so close to Paddington station.
