We came by here around 4:20/4:30 to ship a package with DHL. We knew what box size we needed, how to complete the paperwork & packed our box immediately. The two girls working behind the counter were unbelievably rude & unhelpful. They slid a QR code to me & said ?fill it out? and proceeded to gossip with a friend who came in while we were there. We attempted to complete the online process two times and it wouldn?t accept our item descriptions. We asked for help multiple times & they just kept saying ?it?s not taking it. We?re closing soon. We don?t know.? After about 25 minutes of us doing the work, we were directly told by the staff members that they were closing & would no longer be helping us & to come back tomorrow. I asked if someone who knew how to fix the problem would be there tomorrow & she said she would be there (which isn?t helpful since she couldn?t help now) & that she guesses she could manually put the information in on her computer but they were closing 10 minutes & they weren?t going to help us any longer.
I understand & respect closing time/worker hours, however, their attitudes & lack of assistance was uncalled for & unprofessional. So we took our box elsewhere & another establishment was able to complete the process in less than 5 minutes. Will NEVER use this location for any purpose again

Amin was so helpful and guided me patiently on all the processes for parcel postages. I was looking at reliable postage centers in London to post some items back home, and Ryman checked all the boxes for me. Do come here. They are very trustworthy.

They don?t stock A1 size card or paper - but conveniently they had just received an order in a very large flat cardboard box which they let me take for free.

Chris and Saph were my life saviours, they were SO available and patient. I had to drop-off two extremely heavy shipping boxes and I couldn't handle it alone, so Chris came to my rescue and helped me carry them all the way to the drop-off location. I am deeply grateful for all their precious help! To all the costumers in need, don't hesitate turning to them because they will be extremely available for you!
