Absolutely amazing Ryman?s store, by far the best i?ve ever been to - Tanveer and Nathan are so lovely, helpful and always make sure that I (or anyone else in the store) has the help they need to make their shop as pleasurable as possible. I have huge respect for the fact they are always asking if a customer needs a hand with anything, less than 10 seconds after a customer enters the store. You should really always ask to speak to those two in particular because they will go above and beyond to help multiple customers at once, in quick succession during a busy period in the shop. Even when asking for 40 copies of a print at a very busy time; I still feel like I am getting their complete attention which is incredible!

Today I went into your Southampton Row branch near Russell square. This is my local branch and the staff in here are really kind and helpful. Today I was helped by Sara and Nathan. I needed some things printed on to sticker paper. Sara was so helpful and patient with me. I have disabilities and I struggle with understanding some things. So Sara was really kind and patient and took time to help me so I didn't get anxious about trying to understand how to send my pictures to get printed. This makes a huge difference to people like myself. Nathan helped me with photocopying the other day and again he too was patient , kind and helpful and when I come into branch to use the post office they always smile and greet me with a hello. In a complicated world this kindness in my local rymans branch makes me feel happy. So thank you Sara and Nathan your kindness is really appreciated.

Popped in a few times now and Linda never fails to surprise me with how lovely she is! You can tell she?s someone who truly values customer service, and just being a nice human being in general.
All of the staff are lovely, they never fail to greet you as you enter the shop.
Though my person experience has mainly been with Linda and she?s always there to support me when I?m indecisive or unsure of what I need. She can also advise you on other products that could work well with what you?re looking for, without forcing products down your throat.
Super, super helpful and, you can tell she's has a lovely heart!
