The worst customer service we have ever experienced in the UK. Stay away from this location!We were looking to buy some shoes, and the girl in the store was not happy to be working. Luckily it?s many Russell shops nearby, so we went to another location and purchased 3 pair of shoes from a decent employee

I had a return, the sales rep was efficient, attentive, pleasant and warm. She ensured that all my needs were taken care of and made the transaction smooth. I wish I noted her name because her service was truly impeccable!

Not the same as before the price for men's shoes are well over the top it is not Moreschi and yet they charge the same style is rubbish quality is poor shape is ridiculous the buyers need to. learn by looking at shapes of Tom Ford Max Verre Carmelo etc

The customer service at this branch is excellent. I'd give it 6 stars if I could. The staff are friendly and helpful.The only problem is that the shoes are nowhere near as good as the customer service!

Really dissatisfied from customer service at R&B Bond Street. Went to return a pair of boots I bought online (on sale) and as soon as I mentioned ?sale?, the 2 sales assistants pulled a face, giving all possible excuses why they could not be returned. I don?t mind keeping the boots, but please ladies, do not only treat people that buy in a friendly manner, but those who make returns too, because if you do, they will be your regulars. And I am definitely not going to be one of them.

Great customer service - friendly and efficient. However I bought my girlfriend some new shoes yesterday and am due to give her them today. Quickly checked the shoes over and it seems as though they have already been worn. Disappointing especially given they are a present.
