Incorrect opening times. It says the shop is opened from 9am. The shop is currently closed. This is frustrating to come here and expect the shop to be opened but it is closed.

They don?t accept UPS deliveries - made up nonsense about how I?d packaged the parcel incorrectly - strangely every other UPS service I have used was fine! They obviously can?t be bothered with the process

I do not know how UPS using this shop for customers to go and collect there parcel! The shop keeper was so rude When I just asked where my parcel is. When I Went to get my parcel they was all stacked and thrown on to each other. The man in the shop continued to be rude. I have never in my life experience such rude customer service. UPS SHOULD NOT USE THEM

If I could give zero, I would do. This shop should be renamed Rude and wyne. The man behind the counter was incredibly rude and unhelpful, I can't believe he owns the shop. If you can help it I'd avoid. Aggressive, Rude, Unhelpful& dishonest is the best description I can give. Do Not shop here!

This place is a joke. I dropped off a UPS parcel that contained a very expensive item and asked for a receipt as proof of drop off. The guy broke a tiny corner off a sheet of paper and started writing by hand on it. He was also rude. Needless to say I took my parcel back and I am never going there again.
