Overall nice even if the rooms are really small. The location is convenient as it is just a few minutes walk from two metro stops (circle-district and central line).Nearby there is a wide choice of restaurants, fast food outlets and places to have breakfast.Very courteous staff

We really liked the location, close to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, close to Notting Hill and next to Queensway and Bayswater tube stations. The hotel staff was also very friendly. It has a 24-hour reception. The room we had was on the ground floor and there was a lot of humidity on the walls. Everything else is fine.

The people who work in the hotel are very nice and kind, the location is great, the rooms are a little but very clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend it.
