It's rubbish staff ie customer service manager does not no how to respond To emails addressed to them I'm still waiting for 2 aprons I have had to send a letter to the managing director and ask them to tell there customer service manager to respond To emails it's like sending coal to Newcastle when you have to send a letter to the managing director for them to explain to there customer service manager how to do the job they are paid to do ? And still no aprons ?

We went for the Japan Exhibition. It was really interesting and we learnt so much about the relationship between the UK and Japan. The free audio guides were very helpful.

Terrible customer service. Will never know when my items will turn up! No updates and no replies to emails. Just awful
