Tasty however quite bland served cold and they charged me double when my transaction went through the second charge is from 05:00 am in the morning which took ages to dispute and get my money back how on earth does an establishment charge you twice for a transaction that went through chip and pin did not expect this from harrods especially will not be visiting again

The food was good. Portion size was good. I would suggest go early in the day. That?s when there?s more options, some food would be sold out.
Mac and cheese is good. If it?s later on day, potato is a bit dry.

Harrods rotisserie is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates rotisserie done right! The restaurant offers a casual atmosphere with an inviting aroma of slow-roasted chicken that sets the mood as soon as you walk in.
Their rotisserie chicken is the highlight?perfectly seasoned, with tender, juicy meat and a crispy, flavorful skin that?s simply addictive. I tried the classic rotisserie chicken with a side of house fries and pomme purée which complemented the chicken beautifully and tasted homemade. The menu also includes a range of other comforting dishes, but the rotisserie items are truly the stars here.
The staff were friendly and efficient, making the entire experience easy and enjoyable.

Health and safety concern multiple times made complaints. No manager available on the food Hall area next to the rotisserie carving station.

The waitress was grotesque, and poorly polite. She is new I think.We were seated at the bar, she wanted to get us out at all costs, even though we are regular customers every time we visit London, fortunately her colleague saved the day, and he apologized in her place.It's good but it's very, very expensive for fast food: chicken, fries and water. for three people: 200 pounds

Fair warning. This is not the old Rotisserie with counter service that was ripped out in favour of a modern food hall. I suspect the current high rating is a hold over from reviews of the old space.This is now simply an overpriced chicken on a spit in the prepare food section.

I love this place, specially their burger and their baby chicken. Ofcourse its overpriced but its justified as its inaide harrods ?.Food : 8/10Service : 6/10Value for money : 2/10Price : £60-70 for burger and chips with a coca cola

terrible service . they made me repeat the order 4x, and asked the same questions multiple times and drained me by the end of it. food is great though. Regina was quite antagonistic.

After waiting for 10 minutes to be served and reaching the front of the queue. We were told to go to the back of the queue again. Needless to say we didn't queue for a second time. This is not the kind of service we would expect from Harrods

Highest expectations at Harrod's, so I was disappointed overall. I waited a pretty long time to be greeted by my server and he was scarce throughout my meal. I ordered a Kobe burger and fries. The burger was great, but not 35GBP great. The fries were chewy and lukewarm, not fresh. I had a great South African red wine - Chocolate something or other. I love Harrod's architecture, decorations, the crowd and the vibe, but the meal was bit of a let down.

The champagne bar is gone and you can eat oysters and champagne at this seafood bar.It gets crowded on the weekends, so aim to go around 11am.Crab salad is delicious.Champagne glass ¥1,800 Bottle from ¥10,000There are many kinds of wine and it is good.There are also oysters. Oyster bar atmosphereThe staff are really kind and kind.A good place to meet at the counterThe price also includes the location fee, so it can't be helped.
