I'm very disappointed with the service from Roseway Labs. I have previously tried placing orders with team and received conflicting advice about prescriptions. Having tried to use their service again I placed an order 3 days ago and did not receive an update. I tried calling the company but their contact number won't connect to customer service or let you leave a voice message it just says they are dealing with high volumes of calls and directs you to an email for only urgent enquiries.I emailed only to be told that they have just realised the product I'm after isn't in stock and I need to reorder a different amount of it and I will only be refunded the original amount which can take 5 days after I paid for my second prescription. I asked the customer service representative to call me (Navneet) to discuss this and have had no contact. I also called their sales executive Katarina twice and left two messages with no response. I really don't think it's fair when patients are waiting for presciptions that you are not informed of stock issues or delays and that you can't even speak to a team member to resolve any issues and the impact this has on patient care. Very poor service.

Placed my first order recently and I must say, I love the presentation! The packaging and the feel, it?s high quality and something I?m proud to use in my practice. I have used other suppliers for similar products before but this truly does feel like it?s made to a much higher standard!

Surprised they are more good reviews here than bad due to my recent experience. My order was placed 2 weeks ago but still waiting. What is worse though is their refusal to confirm if they have even received the order or despatched it. So I've ended up having to make several phone calls and my consultant had to contact them to resolve this.

I'm actually giving this place zero stars..its a massive rip-off. Cheating people out of hundreds of pounds for medication that doesn't work..they have been emailed to stop sending it and there still taking money out our bank
