First the pros, the room was clean (albeit quite dated) and the location is great for gigs at Alexandra Palace, and the price is reasonable for the location (although no breakfast included). Having said that the walls are paper thin and even the quietest neighbours will keep you awake, and the mattress was so hard it was like sleeping on a sheet of plywood.Fine for an evening but I wouldn't want to stay for several nights.Rooms: Clean and functional but dated, and beds need replacing. Had a lovely weekend in London, stayed at the roseview beautiful location just by Finsbury Park,all local amenities close by.The service was wonderful kind,friendly and helpful staff members,room slightly dated but clean and everything you need in the room.Will definitely stay again.

I had to choose this place because it was a short walk from Jackson's Chapel. Reading the previous reviews my expectations were quite low. To my surprise I found a nice, clean place to stay. My room was small and the toilet had issues in the morning, but it had a large window overlooking a nice, quite street. You have to consider what you get for the price you paid, and that was good. A big thank you to the lovely chamber woman who always greeted me with a smile and who kept my room nice and tidy for the five nights I was there. The bed was also very comfortable.

The hotel is very close to the bus station and the rooms are clean on arrival. However, if you book your room for more than one night, the staff will come to clean your room and replace things like toiletries and the free coffee on the table, even when you're not there to let them in. This can be a bit off putting if you travel alone and you're a female that likes her privacy. In my opinion I'd rather go to reception and ask for things myself instead of having someone sort them out in my absence, but I can see how opinions might differ. Apart from that, everything was alright.

The place is alright for a night stay, but don't expect anything special. The rooms are pretty small, carpet looks old, mattress is not the best.On the other hand, the toilet was very clean, the location was ideal if you want to wander around Alexandra Palace, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Had a family room. Linen fresh & clean. Tea/coffee making facilities. Lovely clean towels large bathroom. Shower over bath good. Plenty hot water.Rooms: A pity one can't have s breakfast there but so many nearby places to eat. Lovely to sit outside on their patio.Walkability: Within easy walking distances to bus stops, shops, restaurants and Alexandra Palace and gardens as well as Highgate park.

A big shame it turned out like this.The hotel used to be old and charming. Charming has gone down the drain. We payed the same amount as if a Hilton hotel but got a scruffy, half dirty, foodless, serviceless hotel. Stairs that you feel that will fall appart. The lovely beer garden closed. The toilets in main area with no flushing.I have stayed here before. But never again. There are good airbbs around if you need to stay in this area.

Just a little bit expensive for me (I know London is expensive in general) but good service, I had all I needed for 2 nights. The only negative thing is that you can hear other rooms but not the street, which is good. It's very well situated, just near of the Alexandra Palace.Rooms: A little bit old but super clean, there was no strange smellsNearby activities: Alexandra Palace is just 10/15 min away by walking

Great location, lots of eateries near by. Loctio is great and had parking. Room service good, got tea and water when needed. Rooms need dating however abd a but more cleaniness.Problem: room was so hot even in the winter when we visited. Couldn't turn off heating, so bad to open window. But when we did that, it was so loud outside so many people outside talking at 2pm. For that reason hasn't got full stars
