It's the same across "glorious" uk, that they excluding service users from accusing the service! This is unacceptable and actually a criminal offence... wake up britain. It's December 2022, in real life there's no Covid pandemic, what is your excuse to lover the standards below acceptable!? Aneurin Bevan is highly disappointed and than good he is not here to tell you off. Disgrace.

Really excellent service and great value. Took my garage remote fob for a new battery. Got a replacement within minutes even though it?s not a standard battery. Highly recommended.

I went to this jewellery Shop today to change the battery of a watch. I was talking to the lady and I asked how much it would be and the man from the back said it would cost £7 but as soon as the lady gave him the watch and saw the brand said £10. As soon as I left as they told me it would be in 30min (I thought it?s very expensive to change the battery, which the battery costs £1 and to change it is basically 2min) Anyway in the end I came back to get my watch before they were changing the battery as I felt like they were stealing money because was a good brand (not expensive one but a decent one) and maybe they thought I didn?t have a clue when actually I come from goldsmiths family background. (But they didn?t know this ?)

Edited to say: It is a little over a year since I got this Beautiful ring and I took it in to our local jeweler to have a repair and they appraised just the stones in it at Over DOUBLE the amount I paid!! You really get your moneys worth!!
