Worst experience ever. They were ignoring customers and being rude to Asian customers, rolled their eyes at customers and trashing customers in front of their face. Extremely rude and unprofessional!!!

staff lies repeatedly. I sent 3 personal item packages via DHL to the US before I left the UK . They (Ashley and the man from Gujarat) viewed each item and verified it was OK to send with DHL. The first package was returned while I was in the UK. I sent the items in question to the US through the UK post. Neither the UK nor the US had issues with the clearly declared items that DHL refused to send To salvage this, I sent two more packages again with each item viewed either by Ashley or the man from GUjarat. They verified each item was OK to send to the US. Both of these approved packages were returned after I left the UK for the US. Robert Dyas' repeated lies put me at great risk for my belonging to be destroyed as I was 5000 miles away and could do nothing to salvage the damage from their lies. Had these gentlemen been honest, I could have carried the items home in my suitcase.

Worst experience ever. Not interested in customers. And the staff loudly talking about current situation in the world with words "Careful there are Israelis"Everyone has views etc but talk about it when you don't face customers as this is completely unprofessional.

Time 6:45pm 13/10/2023: The guys are all polite but one old British lady with white hair working for the shop is so rude, absolutely a racist. I asked her whether they have anything for bed bugs, she didn't even bother to look at me and said, "No, we don't have stuff like that". I find it quite strange so I started going through the shelf myself and found a couple. She said "Oh, I forgot we have this", no sorry, no embarrassment, still cold faced. shame on you. leave the job for someone else decent to do. Don't be a waste of space.

I visit this store as often as I can but it's a 50 minute bus ride away.It was quiet, there was a staff member at the tills, seemed like she was on her mobile phone and I felt bad approaching, felt like I was interrupting her.Disappointed that there were no more garden games/toys as featured in their latest magazine.I will probably visit again but perhaps the store needs to pay more attention to their customer services and care.Otherwise it'll be like another Argos or Amazon...
