Super nice post office employees and great front of house worker named Michael. I was buying a present and too tired to go downstairs - he ran down to grab me two options for a gift bag. Very smiley and kind! Long day at work and he was so helpful and refreshing to speak to!

Rubbish customer service!
I went to the shop, bought a hacksaw five minutes ago. I don?t know he?s name, but he told me ?customers are never right!? And walked away.

I went into the strand Robert dyas on Wednesday and the 2 staff members zoe and hannah were very friendly and helpful they went above and beyond to help me and had great knowledge of the products in store. I would highly recommend this store and I will definitely be going back. Thankyou ladies so much

I would say take exact change with you and always pay upstairs. There card machines were crashing when i went (contactless wasn't working at all) and the change i got was quite dirty

I was there to have a key cut yesterday, and I bought a pack of key rings, soon as the key cut, i?ve put the key onto the ring, but when I got back to my shop, none of those key works! I went back to the shop to refund the key and key rings, The shop manager told me I can refund the key, but not to Keyring just because it is opened. Is this right?

Shopping here quite often because is close to work. Some of the staff is nice and helpful but others not so much and don't seem to know what they have in stock. COVID H&S doesn't seem to be priority and both customers and staff can be seen without a mask.
