Walked here on Saturday morning at 09.22 as says open at 8am on Google Maps. Nope! Shut. Opens at 10am. Please update your opening times. Thank you

Opening times are not correct on Google. The last three times I?ve gone they?ve been closed, twice for stock take and another when Google said they would be open.

Terrible customer service and really stupid staff. The woman working there was extremely rude. I also asked her for a particular item that I could see on their website was still in stock in the store. She walked right past me and said "it's not in stock you need to buy it online". Five minutes later I found the item on the shelf in the store...

Manager was really nice. I bought a coffee cup from there and part of it broke. The manager swapped it with no hassle. I will be returning to the shop to buy some kitchen items as i feel happy with the service.

Only went in to drop off a DHL parcel but the staff here were the nicest, most helpful people I've met for a long time. Made process very easy, nothing was an issue - thank you.

Stay away? worst customer service and refunds policy, bought a defective item and the answer from the supervisor literally was: well, everything here is made in china, don?t you see?; came back to refund an item accompanied with a friend because I felt intimidated by the staff. Management need to sort out the recruitment, been using this store since 2010 and I?ll never cross in front again to don?t cross their path. Stay away from the group as the staff rotates from one shop to the next one. Embarrassing!!
