They gave my package to the wrong person and claimed that the package was never delivered to their shop despite picture evidence from the courier. They never admitted that they had made a mistake and were incredibly rude.

Have never been able to successful print a label and send a parcel here despite its being listed as a parcel shipper that prints labels.

Website says Hermes Dropoff open till 11pm. Post below says Hermes Dropoff open till 1pm. Turned up today and they have changed it to 12pm. Now I have to carry a massive box around all day. Don?t try and use the Hermes service at this store, it?s a complete shambles. Every time I have tried there has been a problem. AVOID.

Still don't take Hermes on Sundays, even if indicated online. Mate before asking your customers if they know how to read, please learn to update a website.

First told to come back within the stores Evri return window (7am - 1pm) then told that the "machine isn't working - come back in a few days". Frustrating experience trying to make an Evri return. The staff appear to be burdened with processing these returns so perhaps the store should consider removing this service if it cannot be offered effectively

This store has terrible customer service. They are supposedly an EVRI package shop but have all sorts of local rules about the size packages, the times they accept them, etc. A shop cannot sign up to be a vendor of a service and then choose which parts of the terms of service to ignore.

Rudest service I've ever experienced. First two times I put it down to a 'bad day' but 3/3 visits being barked shows this is normal. Having customers are clearly an inconvenience.Given the amount of stores selling the same things nearby there is no need to bother going in.

Very rude. No help whatsoever when I tried to return Hermes parcels and the barcode wasn't going through. Shouting and not wearing a mask. Terrible service. Avoid.

Hermes situationThe guy at the till was really rude about my large parcel. He shouted (with his mask not on) ?we don?t accept that, it?s for Royal Mail. It?s too big.? This baffled me as I had previously visited the store to ask about parcel dimensions, and the kind gentleman said the box was ok. I had also bought a Hermes label so I don?t get why he was so rude about a large box. I then had to show proof of my Hermes label for the parcel before printing it off to get him off my case. So rude and unnecessary. He could?ve approached me in a more friendlier manner rather than trying to pick a fight at 9am.Hermes need to sort the shop out. They also have weird parcel collection times, so I tend to go to a shop in Camden Town (smaller than retail 24) and they accept parcels all day long.

Don?t repair your phone here.The people were very friendly and the repair was quick, being done in just an hour. However the screen replacement itself is noticeably less responsive than the previous. It is technically functional, but is now very uncomfortable to use. Typing especially is a pain with the screen repeatedly missing keys.I wouldn?t necessarily mind if the repair was cheap, but at £70 I expect better. I will probably get the screen replaced again as it is very irritating and uncomfortable to use. Even typing this short review is a pain, because of this I wouldn?t use them again or recommend them to others.

They sent my parcel back before the pickup window closed.No explanation and no notification of doing so. I walked a fair distance to pick it up and for it to not be there (despite getting a notification that day that my parcel was there and ready for pick up) was extremely frustrating.

Attempted to drop off Hermes parcel unaware of their extremely restrictive 1pm cut-off time. Shopkeeper shouted at me to read the sign. So unnecessarily rude. Needless to say I found an alternative drop off point and won't ever return to this one.
