Came round first thing for a boiler that died and had it sorted within the hour.

Honestly wasn't expecting much when I called on a Friday afternoon but they had someone out to me by 6pm. Burst pipe near the stopcock, not a small job. Engineer was calm, knew what he was doing, and the whole thing was sorted before I'd even started stressing properly. Price was fair given the timing. Really impressed.
