The worse holiday I have ever been on lost my case had no clothes for the 14 days there none of the representatives were interested customer service absolutely discussing food was NOT great all the waiters and representatives were interested is getting money from you. The hotel was disgusting the bed pillows smelt of sweat and were yellow stained the room looked liked it had never been cleaned after last visits complained they changed the bedding but the smell was in the pillow and mattress and you could still smell it so I slept on a towel on top of the bed. Asked for a different room was not interested never go back there again. Put a complaint into Redsea on return not interested no clothes dirty rooms food disgusting.

Fraudulent company, false advertise at it?s maximum. When you complain the hotel management agrees that the website has false advertisement and the facilities that are advertised are non-existent, they claim Egypt is all the same and although hotels are advertised as 4-5* to expect 1* which is actually not true if you book elsewhere Egypt is lovely and does have some amazing hotels just this company wants you to believe 1* service and facilities is the standard as that is all they provide.Do not book a Red Sea holiday or hotel, you can find cheaper holidays with actual 4-5* hotels which are true to their description.

i have stayed in two different hotels with Red sea holidays one on a cruise and stay other Maki palace and found both to be of excelent ha d a third trip booked when covid stopped all . I am now planning a new visit to Ejgpt a will be going with them sadly not where i had planned as Marsa Alam is well not well acessible but suits are excelent staff on the whole do all you want some much more i say speak as find both hotel where 5 star and facilities met the standards i am a solo traveller over 60 and female so often in hotels i become invisble heres hoping nothing stops my visit this year

Very poor service from this company . Family holiday grand makadi hotel. Nothing GRAND stained mattresses really bad tile?s missing in pools no kids club . When complained to Red Sea one reply saying no one else had problems. Would not recommend this company

I have just had a week's cruise on The Nile onboard The Emilio Prestige followed by a week in The Iberotel in Luxor and it was the best holiday in my life. My travel agent booked everything and my daughter and I were delighted with the attention to detail and all the staff that we came into contact with. I am recovering from Cancer at the back of my tongue and cannot eat any solid food. The staff were great in giving me hot water to make up my feeds with, cleaning my feeding syringes etc., giving me lots of yoghurts to mix with cartons of milk etc. They could not do enough and did not make me feel awkward even when I fed in various parts of the boat and hotel grounds. My feeding tube upsets some people but they just accepted that this was me.The tour guide we had on board for all our trips was called Waheed and he was brilliant. If we asked a uestion he didn't know the answer to, he found out for us. On all the tours he was just so knowledgable and really took great care of me.I am now looking to book again for next year (2024) and hope we get Waheed again as well as the same boat and hotel.Since I saw the moving of the Abu Simbel temples asa young child I wanted to visit Egypt and have a lifelong interest in the history. May 1st this year was me finally getting there.

Really disappointed to find out you can't reserve seats with extra leg room via TUI. When I complained I was told I should have read the small print or telephoned before I booked. Maybe they should make this clear on the website.On the plus side they did refund my deposit, so credit there

Very poor information about the various hotels and their amenities or lack of, plus the prices are much higher than those offered on the comparison sites. They try to push you to book the flights with them, don't. The hotels they offer are far from the best available, I have been to the Red Sea many times and I have never booked with them, I guess that says something. I immediately removed their app from my device because other companies offer better for less. The red sea area has many good hotels and competition is tough, however make sure you check all of the details across many sites, because they lie a lot.

Used them in the past and had a really good deal to Hurghada. Looking at their site lately and they've put the prices up way too much. Cheaper on alternative sites.

Horrendous customer service! Large multi family booking got curtailed by covid, many mixed messages and promises made and then broken they are insisting we go away with them or lose all our money. They have no compassion, no understanding of circumstances, they don't care that situations have changed in the last two years they just want to keep as much money as they can! Avoid at all costs!

Lovely one week holiday cruise down the Nile on the MS Iberotel Crown Emperor - Our Red Sea Rep Mohsen Zaki was very friendly and made our hoilday special - food very good hats off to the chef's - can't fault the cleanliness - nothing to much for any of the staff - our waiter Michael spot one and Raul the bar man top deck and main bar all ways very friendly - all the 10 trips is worth going on as these are in the price - we went on the early morning sun raise air balloon ride this was well worth the money, Then a week at The Makadi Palace in Hurghada this hotel was beautiful just as we remembered it spotless - great location next to the shops and the sports bar - Cheers to Red Sea for another great Holiday :-)

PLEASE, PLEASE do not book through this company. We booked a 5* hotel in Sharm. Without notification they amended the hotel and booked us into a hotel at lot lower standard. It was very underhand and they could not find any email etc to show the booking had changed. Whilst i'm not usually a 5* holiday maker - this was for a very special occasion. The monetary value between the holidays would be apprx £1200. We have never received the difference back between the quality of the hotels although it is very clear on the website (One is rated 5* the other 3* )Never received any form of apology. I found Red Sea at best underhand, but more than likely fraudulent in this transaction.
