Rooms were well in need of modernisation, staff were not helpful, breakfast wasn't good value as the pictures show more than was available and was over priced to start with.

Cons:1. Heavy "travellodge like" industrial smell on corridors2. Pillows are cheap , no support and don't allow proper sleep ( too soft )3. Water stream in shower is too low.4. Generally clean room but some spots are not cleaned properly.5. Wyndham elite benefits are not applied unless you explicitly ask for . No welcome etc.6. No proper lighting in room7. No electric sockets next to bed8. Only one elevator is operational9. No heating in room. Need to explicitly ask from reception)Pros:1. Reception are fine2. Room size was decent3. Internet was decent ( very important)Overall : it is ok for one night for the right price.

Great value for money, central to most of our locations. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Dirty Room and Bathroom, it looks old and worn out, in need of a refurbishment. Room on the back over looking the train track, very noisy as the window wouldn't close. Breakfast was appalling, the warmest think on the plate was the toast, Definitely would not recommend the Hotel.

The hotel is in a good location (service station), near enough to get around. We had a family room, and kids had no beds. The mattress was placed on the floor. Didn't take a picture. The room was clean. Breakfast at additional cost.

The hotel is amazing. The staff were nice and friendly when we check in. We could found our room easily. Which was at a great location. We dont notice the traffic on the M1. We could sleep very well. Whoever come to London with car. Ramada hotel is a good option to

We had a nice experience in the hotel. They are reasonably clean and the service was ok and the food was good. Overall, I could give them an average rating. The customer service was really not up to the mark. Just because of 1 guy in the reception. But apart from that rest of it was good. They could improve the facilitiesand the ambiance of the rooms. Overall the price was reasonable , but the distance to london central was really too much. There are not many restaurants and food hubs near the hotel as it is next to the motorway.

Stay was OK bar the alarms going off constantly when people walked out of their rooms. Ithink the alarms are to let you know you may have forgotten your keycard. One of the rooms, the heating wasn't working so we got an extra room for free for 4 of us.Nice and clean however some foreign guests are very ignorant talking loud down the corridor at 6am when other guests are asleep.
