So dissapointed, I first visited this place about 6 years ago on Mothers day, they did a special set menu and it was reasonably priced and tasted amazing. It was a special treat and my mum loved it. Since then I have been every mothers day and then about once every 6 weeks for lunch with friends. For a few years they did for Mothers Day a voucher to return and have a facial, it was fantastic. The whole day was amazing and the staff alsways made you feel special. Well this last Monthers Day visit couldnt have been more opposite. No Mothers day menu, no mention of it, no facial voucher. Just a standard set winter menu. I got the wrong dessert that I ordered and despite one of my rewards being 10% off, they refused because I ordered from the set menu (this has never happened before) the kids cheeseburger was incredibly greasy and despite me asking for my latte extra hot it was lukewarm warm. I love this restaurant but its starting to go downhill. Usually we have a shop after but we went to Harrods instead as I was quite upset the meal wasnt as special as it had been for the last 5/6 years. Bring back the reasonably priced special occasions set menu with the gift certificates, nobody else does it and its a great way to gain loyal customers. Also just remind staff to listen to customers and be a little more welcoming.

Quality/Quantity - Upscale department store. I am sure it will be hard to compete against.Lots of expensive upscale brand names, many I am not familiar with. But also many "American" brands. See their website for all they sell.Atmosphere - Open 7 days a week from 10am to 8pm and on Sundays from 11:30am to 6pm.Good size department store, almost like a maze...? Not sure if it is due to an older building or done intentionally to make you walk the entire store (think Ikea). Or it could have just been me since they have a bar here and I got confused/lost my sense of direction...Service - Okay. I am always in favor of businesses with bars. My wife shops and I drink. And she can bring her bags to me to watch so she doesn't have to carry them; win/win!Price - 4 to 7 pounds a beer at the bar; reasonably priced for an upscale department store. I did ask what my wife bought, but honestly I prefer not to know. :)Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2003 with your 8+ locations and 9+ restaurants/bars.

I placed an order for a pair of shoes and received a confirmation email within three minutes of making the purchase. However, upon reviewing the email, I realized that I had ordered the wrong size. Immediately, I contacted customer service to request a cancellation. They assured me that the order would be canceled and I would receive an email confirmation. Unfortunately, I never received that email, so I decided to call again.During my second call, I spoke to another representative who informed me that they could see the cancellation request and assured me that I would receive the email soon. However, once again, I didn't receive any email confirmation. Instead, I received a shipping confirmation from DHL, indicating that the shoes were being sent to me. Feeling frustrated, I called customer service once more.This time, the representative apologized for the inconvenience and promised to send me a return label. Two days later, I received the order, but I still hadn't received the return label. I called again, and the representative informed me that they had been experiencing some issues. Eventually, I received the return label and sent the item back.Currently, it has been six business days since Harvey Nichols received the shoes, but I haven't received a refund or any confirmation that they have received the item. This entire experience has been disappointing for me, and I wanted to share it with you so that you can consider it when making your decision.

Amazing! Third year in a row we have attented on mothers day and another outstanding meal. Service impeccable and we had a lovely time. Kids meals are very good. Food is fresh and of good quality and the service is so attentive. Only thing I would change is the lamb skewer we had for our main, the skewer was quite small and so I think you should get two, however the lamb was very tasy and tender.Cocktail was one of the best we have had and is now on my favourite drink list.Thank you for making our day so special. We miss the voucher for the facial that you have done the last few years! Please bring that back, such an amazing deal

One of the four high end shopping destinations in London! Customer service is top notch You can find exceptionally fine designs/designers beautifully merchandise throughout the store. There is very good restaurant on the premises.Prices are on the high but you pay for the quality. Enjoy shopping at HN!

ShameOrdered a gift on 01/27paid for $30 for delivery. Just keep getting emails and text saying delivery has arrived in country,I dont think it's the courier (DHL)) more like Harvey Nichols are not competent enough and incapable to get Valentine's Day orders out. I've emailed customer service and tried to phone, guess what? No reply. I expected more from HN but they are just another faceless useless company with no level of customer service. They failed to deliver to me after a week , and HN canceled my order , they still charged me $30 shipping fees, how come?HN never ever explain what's happening?I emailed HN that do not cancel my order twice, I waited at home all day long for packages! How disappointing and ugly the Harvey Nichols.(2/10)

Very classy store, the women's part was half closed (a leak I think) it feels a bit spied on. They look nice anyway but I was not very comfortable there. This year's collection is young and dynamic and this store was not at all.
