Excellent all round. Have been looking for the old style of Patagonia?s Black Hole 32L backpack, and Raijin seems to be the only place with stock. Ordered late night on a Friday, got confirmation of delivery date and details at 1am (very quick)Backpack came very very quickly, and came with a personalised Christmas Card. Exactly what I ordered, and very happy. Recommend Raijin Sports highly, and suggest we all shop with ?small businesses? more often.Thank you

Shockingly bad customer service. Please read the other 1 star reviews here as they are bang on about this business owner. The owner, Misa is very sensitive. Completely refused to sell me a patagonia bag because I very politely asked for a reassurance of recipt of payment and timings on despatch. Pot luck on which woman you get good Misa or shockingly rude Misa. Buyer Beware!!!
