In the past few weeks I have tried Saison (dinner) and The Drawing Room (breakfast) and I can attest that this is a top notch location for both! Absolutely love the hotel, it is stunning, and the food and service did not disappoint. Great wine list too! I will be back...

Went for drinks in the Drawing Room before dinner. The staff studiously ignored us until the doorman eventually came over and asked if we needed serving. The Singapore Sling was nothing like the Raffles Singapore one - come on guys you invented the thing. I didn?t mind mine but my wife wouldn?t drink hers. When I requested straws to drink it (like they provide in Singapore Raffles and everywhere else in the world) I was given a look of amazement.Won?t be going back. However, the food and staff at the Laperouse restaurant were both excellent.

I wasn?t a hotel guest but went to Raffles for afternoon tea at the Drawing room couple of times (tea experience is amazing ) and always have the same feeling like your are not welcomed there if u not dressed or look certain way? the guards at the entrance to the courtyard asking ?where u going are u staying with us? same when entering the hotel building, security in the lobby watching your every step to make sure u won?t go on the staircase because is only for hotel guests? absurdStayed at Raffles in Warsaw, Istanbul, Dubai (the palm and wafi), Doha and Singapore and never had issue with wandering around the hotel and exploring regardless u are guest or not. This is not the Raffles hospitality, not the famous hospitality what Raffles is proud of unfortunately. There is no other hotel in London which such a strange vibe from the staff ( Corinthia, Peninsula, Claridges )Was waiting for this opening for long and it?s disappointing?

My son and I visited last week and had tea in the drawing room .He had a particular interest in the restoration as he was part of the joinery team who worked on all the wood interiors. The staff are very friendly and professional and a special thanks to Cathal guest relations who showed us around and provided a wealth of knowledge about the history and restoration of the building .

Incredible experience. The hotel is breathtaking. The spa and pool are amazing. The staff are friendly and welcoming. No one does hotels like Raffles. 100% worth the stay or visit (lunch, dinner or afternoon tea).

I love dropping in here for a great flat white coffee every time I am in the area. The Drawing Room is a relaxing place and overlooks the Changing of the Guard. Always feel welcome here by all the staff (even if I couldn't afford to stay).
