The gym is well located, clean and the team is amazing. The best PT ever you find here, Jade and Gary are the best ? I started my journey in January this year and since then I can't stop, I've got the best support from them both and guidance for supporting me both physically and mentally. No pain, no gain, right?

Staff at this gym are so friendly, it really makes the atmosphere here especially Stephanie. Showers super clean and spacious changing room.

It?s a small gym - usually overcrowded at any time. Various machines broken for days. Filtered water machine (I pay extra monthly ) has been limited to 2 fill ups per day (?!) and now NO fill ups because machine is also broken (for a week). Disappointing and depressing place to work out

I started attending morning classes at PureGym in Holborn recently, and I must say, I?m impressed! Although I haven?t had the chance to explore the entire facility yet, the ambiance and environment seem top-notch.A special shoutout to Laura, the instructor for one of the classes I attended. Her expertise, enthusiasm, and attention to detail were truly commendable. She made the workout enjoyable while ensuring everyone maintained proper form and technique. Laura?s dedication and passion for what she does shine brightly, making every session worthwhile.If you?re looking for a motivating and effective workout experience, I highly recommend checking out this gym and joining one of Laura?s classes. Can?t wait to explore more and continue my fitness journey here!

Have been to a fair amount of pure gyms around the country and this is by far the worst. Normally they are spotless and super clean. This place sticks of raw sewage throughout. Like stale urine. Pretty gross. Aircon non existent too. Avoid. For £14.99 for a day pass. Not worth it. Shame.

my instructor laura was so lovely! she was so encouraging throughout, i?ve only recently got back into going to the gym and this session with her has made me even more excited about my future visits to the gym. i was lucky enough to have a 1-1 as nobody else was booked onto the session; she was really attentive and i left feeling really confident about my form. thank you laura <3

The classes are great especially Tuesdays Zumba with Becky. Whether you feel tired or a bir low from your day this class will leave you feeling refreshed it's great fun!

This place is ridiculous. I've been a member for a year, since last summer. When I first joined, I noticed that the air conditioning didn't work upstairs, in most of the gym (downstairs is no problem). They finally rolled out some big fans which supposedly cool but don't. I also noticed the bathroom absolutely reeks of stale piss. I put in a complaint and was told the air con was a "complex problem" but was being worked on and that the drainage in the bathroom would be fixed.Well, we're a year later, and there are no improvements in either. Really...is the air con such a new technology and so complex in 2023 that you can't fix it in a whole year?I wonder if Puregym would mind a visit from the Health authorities?On the positive side, the staff is nice and helpful, and they gym, while small, is pretty well equipped.
