Would not recommend. Applied twice and was successful both times however they rush you through the training and give you a deadline which I explained was not possible due to being away the first time and claimed there was nothing they could do about it so archived my information without acknowledgement until I chased this. Then the second time they said I withdrew it which I don?t recall this happening, as why would I continue to chase them regarding my application?!

I have had the privilege of working as a Clinical Lead for Pulse Nursing at home @ Acacium Group, a dynamic and compassionate complex care company, for the last 18 months. My experience has been incredibly rewarding, and I'm delighted to share my thoughts. From day one, I was impressed by the company's commitment to providing exceptional care to individuals with complex needs. The leadership team fosters a collaborative and supportive environment, empowering clinical leads to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients. One of the standout qualities of Pulse Nursing at Home is their dedication to professional development. I have had numerous opportunities to enhance my skills through training programs and continuous education, ensuring that I can provide the highest standard of care to our clients. The company's investment in its employees reflects a genuine commitment to excellence. I know this is also the case for supporting nurses and Health care workers who work directly with the clients on a daily basis. The teamwork and camaraderie among the staff are commendable. As a Clinical Lead, I've experienced a strong sense of unity among colleagues, all driven by a shared goal of delivering personalized and holistic care. The collaborative approach not only benefits the clients but also creates a positive and supportive work environment.I recommend the company to healthcare professionals seeking a fulfilling and impactful career in complex care.

I started my 2nd role in Pulse Nursing at Home recently, after a brief period elsewhere in the same group. The induction into my role was fantastic and really helped me settle into my role. There is a great culture where all employees are willing to support each other as they are all aware of how their own work contributes to providing world class care.

I've worked for Pulse Nursing at Home for just over a year now and love how much I've been able to develop my career. The range of training and support available is huge and covers so many different topics, as well as being available in bite size chunks, longer workshops, and year long apprenticeships! There's something for everyone no matter your role or what you're looking for next.

I?ve now worked for Pulse Nursing at Home for over a year, I?ve been able to connect with an array of people from various backgrounds both internally and externally whom all share the same values in wanting to make a difference and help others within healthcare. I?ve had a great team around me that has helped me grow from strength to strength. I?d highly recommend working with them.

I joined Pulse Nursing at Home last year to head up our Talent Attraction and Resourcing function. Fabulous onboarding and recruitment process and I've been made to feel welcome and supported throughout. What I like the most is the focus on wellbeing and work/life balance. There's a real push from the very top down to make the current staff feel valued and rewarded. The work that the company does in the Community is super inspiring. We essentially help people with highly complex care needs transition from a hospital environment to their own homes, providing nurses and support workers that can deliver them care 24/7. As you would expect - this makes my role particularly rewarding and for someone not used to a Healthcare Environment this has been a real eye opener to the sector. We promote Diversity and Inclusivity across the business and I lead a team of fantastic resourcers who dedicate their days to filling urgent care packages with the best possible Nursing and Support Worker staff. Its a great environment to work in with flexible working (handy for half term!) and generous holidays, benefits and opportunities for reward and recognition. Super excited for the future - we're expanding into Scotland this year and launching a new Nurse Concierge service.Would recommend the place to both clinical and non clinical personnel. Great culture and some great opportunities on the horizon.

Don't know how they got my phone number but its been 2 months and they keep calling me, leaving messages and texting me despite me having called back to say stop calling and remove my number from their system, I never signed up to them or anything. It's basically harassment, if the person who signed up isn't calling you back or filled out the application yet (in over a month) its because they don't want to work for you. LET IT GO! Spammy calls are not the way tog et people to work for you Annie.

I have started my registration last year and never finished it due to poor communication from their sideThis year again someone called Sarah Doyle contact me again to apologise for the late reply, and to ask me that if I want that to finish the registration started last year. Also she said that there is plenty work and I can see the shifts through a nice app and I can get any day which suits me.I said yes to the offer and I have completed all the tasks required. And I have waited and waited and waited.....No communication. When finally someone was able to pick up the phone I found out that Sarah Doyle is not with them anymoreGuess, guess guess...today I rang them again and I asked that to speak with Sarah Doyle and the work clark said that to hold the line while she's checking that if Sarah Doyle is inSurprising that, and typically.Disgrace.

By far the worst company I have worked for. I wouldn?t even have given a star. Minimum wage of £9.50 per hour. Not paid for rest holiday, but holiday pay is paid on top of your salary of £1.15 per hour for the hours a care worker does in a day. For instance, £1.15 X 12 hours = £12.65 a day. With this holiday pay you are taxed with your salary which is absolutely ridiculous. You are also told to have a separate account to save this £12.65 holiday pay a day towards having time off when needed. No career development. No additional training to expand to other care packages. Limited work in certain areas. Additionally to all this, the company had refused to offer a character reference when I applied for university despite working for them for over 6 years. I have nothing good to say about this company other than lovely family that I have been working for many years, however I?m thrilled to have left the company! Hideous company to work for and would never recommend anyone to work for them.
