The minute I walked into Sonia?s Salon I knew I was going to be looked after. Sonia provides excellent customer satisfaction and service. My story : I booked a random hair dresser first time through woucher in Hanwell because I wanted to use the option of pay later but it was a nightmare my biggest regret was that this hairdresser ruined my whole look I walked out feeling so upset it was awful the top part of my head in the middle was red / copper colour and my highlights gold and brown. I rang Sonia the next day telling her what had happen she took me in without hesitation. Sonia took great care with my hair she fixed it and did a wonderful job.I walked out feeling great. Thank you Sonia for saving my hair you have made me so happy ? you even offered me a cup of tea and you went the extra mile you are best and I would highly recommend your services to everyone.

I LOVE coming here!!! Sonya has been doing a hair treatment to help my hair recover and become strong and healthy. And whatever she does WORKS!!!! She seems to understand what my hair needs. She is a great sales lady but she is NOT selling. In fact she just knows the products that will be best for my hair and she is passionate about them. So I trust her opinion and love the end results! On top of that she is also a very kind lady, she feels like a loving grandmother to me. She treats each of her customer with kindness and care. I normally don?t go often to hair salons as it?s not easy to connect with someone. But I always feel welcome coming here. I am a very satisfied customer amongst many others. ?

Sonia is absolutely brilliant at her job. I have known her for over 20 plus years. She is always so welcoming and makes you feel at home. She always gives you the best advice too. I went in wanting a complete hair colour change and she got it exactly how i wanted. She is the best around and also does a brilliant blow-dry. I would highly recommend.
