Horrible man works here !!! So rude ! Do NOT shop here! Very condescending, wish I hadn?t bought from there, was the worst experience I?ve had in a long time ! Also not much choice ??really not worth him making such a fuss

Very sad shopping experience, the manners of the lady running the shop left me speachless. The items can be damaged and overpriced. To the lady with beautiful red hair:If you do not like your job, please do something about it, it's never too late.

One of the finest Independent Charity shops I have come across...The staff are always well mannered and friendly towards me

Lovely variations of things but I'm very disappointed as I just got off the phone with one of the Staff as I was calling back to get the price of a Sonic the Hedgehog figure. I had been in the shop on Tuesday just gone & they didn't know the price & so I gave my name & number for them to call me back with the price but they've SOLD IT already!! Such Bad customer service ????

Rude and shifty staff, did some research on the charity and from what I can only conclude its a sham charity that doesnt actually exist..

I used to really love this shop. I don't go as often these days as the prices are getting higher (I have a baby now and only work part-time so can't afford it any more). I appreciat they need to make money of course. Occasionally though I still go to look for clothes/toys for my child. The man working there was so rude and arrogant. Repeatedly pushing & getting defensive about his prices even though I'd said nothing besides answering his questions about what I would pay for things. Which is my business really, he can charge what he likes but that doesn't mean I have to agree. I can and do shop elsewhere.I think he was sexist too? Kept saying it was it was only ever women/girls buying items to re-sell 'cause they have spare time' while 'the men are working' (but didn't seem to apply the same logic when he talked about men who scan book barcodes to check prices for resale...). Like it or not some people do that for a living or to top up their incomes. If you don't like it maybe you should turn their business away?Regardless, I won't be shopping there in future if I see he's working there.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! The shop attendants are the rudest people I have ever come across. Special mention to the truly awful woman with red hair. I can not find any details about the charity this shop is affiliated with, this seems very dodge. Disgusting!

Nice to go in to an independent charity shop where you can have a proper rummage, a bit more exciting than some of the ?slicker? chain charity shops. That said some of the prices are amusingly high so browse with caution.

Worst charity shop around.Guy who work there is a c*nt. Never ever seen such a rude and cocky guy.Went there few week ago and had him moaning ''oh,those tourists again''.Today he was moaning that we are not buying anything at his shop and he will introduce ''tourist licenses''. Btw, guy sells stuff for his own profit (How do i know? I've donated some of my belongings to one charity shop round the corner and he was selling that stuff couple of days later).Shop staff like this needs to be sacked ASAP.

This is a little treasure in the heart of Hackney. It might almost be described as an Alladin's cave, as each time I visit there, I find a little gem. The staff are really friendly and helpful. I do know they work very hard and are a real asset to their charity. They also possess the patience of saints, as some people in Hackney can be rather rude, very few thankfully. Hats off to this little shop. Please go there and chat, hoke around, buy and be charitable

We loved this place when it was run by the old lady, some great stuff and at great prices. The same quality stuff is still available there but unfortunately it has recently changed management and is now not the bargain bin it once was. A paperback book printed in the 70s for £8? They need to rethink.
