My friend had a pasta voucher for him and in order to keep him company, i wanted to get a starter and a drink. Would have spend about £12 in this place.
The server said that this wasn't possible and that we both had to get a £5 pasta so my friend could use his discount!
In the end, I left the place and left my friend eating on his own ? They could have made more profit but decided to apply stupid conditions instead...their loss.

Went in for some lunch I had a pizza which was amazing and lovely and soo tasty my we girl had the garlic bread and Bolognese and the garlic bread was amazing the Bolognese was better than her grandads and his was the best B4 we came here. Staff was so friendly and placed was clean and tidy only down side they did not take cash card only but well worth a visit and differently be back onour next visit to London

We had a delicious meal here for my birthday and even got free cake! The staff were friendly and looked after us really well, the atmosphere was relaxed, the restaurant was clean, the food was exceptionally delicious and service was fast. 10/10

Visited a few times over the years and always lovely food ad polite staff. We always use our Tesco Club Card Vouchers and they never make you feel awkward like some restaurants have done ?? ? ? ? ? ?

Ordered the kids meal and then told after 10 mins of ordering that items were unavailable. New kids starter then arrived 15 mins after the adults main leaving my son to not have his with me. The main then came out and it was that hot that it burnt his hands and ended up in tears. Colleagues in the restaurant did help but while he then carried on eating the main after it cooled down his dessert then turned up which is ridiculous. We obviously turned it away and they then left it on the bar for him to have when he finished which isn?t ideal. Really like coming to prezzo but after this I won?t be returning due to the first aid and disorganisation

The food at Prezzo was decent. However, we had to wait over 15 minutes for our dessert, and no one seemed to be handling our order. When we asked, the explanation given was that they had to make the tiramisu, which supposedly took time. However, we all know that tiramisu is prepared in advance and left overnight. Besides, the tiramisu we received was still frozen, making their explanation quite misleading. Additionally, the staff should be more mindful of how they speak to customers. After we made our payment, one of the staff members said, ?Bye, girls? to us.

Okay Experience
The food at Prezzo was decent, and the prices were reasonable, but the overall experience was just okay. While the meal was enjoyable, the customer service could have been more attentive and welcoming. A little extra care from the staff would have made a big difference

We were a party of 4. The Manager was welcoming, efficient and accommodating. Our prawn starters were perfect. My friend (is a chef) and I had spaghetti carbonara, she said "best she'd ever had", she knows her food. All meals were fresh and hot. Good service & atmosphere, we will go again.

Really impressed with my experience at Prezzo on St Martin?s Lane. Waiting staff were very welcoming, and everything was timed well. I have dietary requirements and there was a great selection of gluten free food I could eat. Will definitely be back
