Standard prêt but the music in the kitchen is always way too loud- so not really able to sit downstairs. Upstairs seating area is quite small and they always have the door open to its cold too!

I?d love to recognize Chelsea, one of your baristas, for the outstanding service she provides at Pret. She?s always welcoming with a warm smile and a kindness that truly brightens the atmosphere. Chelsea works incredibly hard to make sure every customer feels valued, going out of her way to ensure orders are perfect and making everyone feel cared for. Her dedication and positive attitude create a great environment, and it?s clear she really takes pride in her work. Chelsea?s customer service is exceptional, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make every visit special. She truly deserves to be acknowledged for the hard work and the positive energy she brings every day!

Opening times are wrong we walked 30 minutes to this one as it says on google maps that it opens at 7:30 but it doesn?t actually open till 8:30.

If I could give a 10/10 stars for service I would. My mother and I was served by Antony and his vibe, personality and aura was wonderful. He was so kind and welcoming. I hope his managers give him credit for his good customer service and appreciate his work ethic. We will definitely return to this branch solely because Antony made it a pleasant experience

Staff are horrendous, rude and cold. Lad that served me could not have wanted to be there less, arrogant and lazy. Playing the most generic and boring dance music out of the staff room downstairs so loud I could hear it through my headphones. Manager was in and out of this staff room yet said nothing so is clearly the norm. Toilet was dirty yet there was a lot of staff and not many customers. I sincerely hope the now lack of subscriptions causes them to struggle financially. So many better options around. Also seen similar reviews mentioning the same thing so either Pret doesn't care or are struggling to keep things in check.

The place is as dirty as you can imagine a coffee shop to be. If you go down to the lower floor, you'll be greeted by loud music coming from the kitchen, completely unsuitable for a coffee shop atmosphere, making it hard to hear your companion at times. The coffee is burnt, and the sandwiches, which are usually excellent in other branches of this coffee shop's chain, are prepared terribly. It's better to find another 'Pret' and try some decent food.

Extremely disappointed with the service today. Not only did it take an unusually long time to receive my order, but when it finally arrived, it was incorrect. Had to wait for them to remake my coffee twice. Really poor service overall.

It took 10 mins to get an espresso. Their coffee machines are not working properly for last two weeks (they didn?t work for 4-5 days and they didn?t serve coffee for 4-5 days). I am not blaming the employees. Pret couldn?t replace or fix coffee machines for two weeks.
