Today my phone was stolen by a woman with several gold necklaces but acting homeless begging for help and speaking gibberish, with a newspaper and chips from nearby fast food burger shop. She literally stole the phone on the table directly in front of me. I should have known better. I knew she took the phone almost immediately and I followed her out the front door. It was very crowded she was lost in the street.

It's a very popular chain in London. It's very convenient if you don't know where to eat.
I personally find the prices high compared to the food offered.
A big flaw is that eating in the restaurant costs a supplement.

Probably the worst coffee and hot chocolate we?ve ever tasted. And a big lump was at the bottom of the coffee cup ! Cappuccino, 2 latte, 2 hot chocolate all tasted of old water 25 euros !!!!! Terrible not recommended

We had coffee and crisps. Nice atmosphere, good service and plenty of seats.
Vegetarian options: Croissants and porridge are good options for vegetarians and of course crisps and popcorns too.
Dietary restrictions: One can get milk of his choice for hot beverages. Allergens are also mentioned clearly.
