The original 5 star review: Who writes (positive) reviews for a chain, I always wondered? Now I'm one of them and it's because of Andrea who was at the counter this morning. Her friendliness made my day -- the exchanging of a genuine smile is one of the joys of life.
This stranger, one of hundreds wearing a tie and a backpack on the way to work, thanks you very much.

Just ordered a mocha this morning on the way to work. An hour and half later I find my head in a toilet bowl violently ill!As someone who used to work in a coffee shop i know the milk was heated incorrectly or the baristas double dipped. The stor should hire staff that can keep up with the high demand (given its next to the station)!

Not sure what is going on in this Pret. Staff seems to be bored and sad all the time. They never greet you and will take your order being all grumpy. Honestly like Pret but I started to walk a bit further just so I don?t need to interact with them.. it really destroys your morning. They might need to have a chat with them.
