It?s my local pret, and its been very good so far; however today I had an outdated salad for the full price. The quality of food wasn't great as usual.

A really great place! I stopped here to grab a coffee and it didn't disappoint. The cashier was really nice and I didn't wait at all for a table. The drink and food were delicious. I totally recommend it!

Amazing experience at this Pret! The staff here are incredibly friendly, helpful, and thoughtful ? always quick to greet you with a smile and ready to assist. Service is fast and efficient, which is perfect if you?re on the go, but they never make you feel rushed.
The food and drinks are consistently fresh, flavourful, and affordable. You can really tell the team takes pride in what they do. They?re alert and attentive, making sure everything runs smoothly. A great spot for a quick bite or coffee with top-notch service. Highly recommend!

We tried to visit the Sky garden, twice. We eneded up having breakfast here those times.
Lots of people coming and out. Food was delicious, servers were patient and helped us a lot.

No greeting, smile, nod, thanks etc Raza did not say anything apart from asking if I wanted the toastie warm.
He did not ask if it was a take away, if I wanted a receipt and even if I asked 3 times for a latte. He still didn?t add it to the order, and when I got the toastie and said I had ordered a latte all he said was: ?Do you want a latte?? Bad service from Raza, today at 13:15 and no one waiting behind me. Disappointing since usually the service in Pret is good and friendly. Easy to improve, but I got a feeling that that is not his main focus.

Find another place closeby. Absolutely disgusting service at 1543 on 08/02/25. Ordered a chai latte which was absolutely cold. Didn't make it again and did not even want to accept that they are pathetic at their job. Kept demanding my reciept which I did not have but had proof of payment etc my bank app.
Will not come to this branch again. Untrained staff. Read other reviews talking about same thing. The company doesnt care. Probaboy employ cheap staff and no spending on training.

I visited tonight for coffee around 6:00 PM, planning to stay until 7:30 PM according to their posted hours. Due to the bad weather, more people gathered, and everyone intended to relax and enjoy the Friday evening. However, a staff member abruptly announced that they would be closing in 5 minutes?even though it was only 6:45 PM. Their decision to shorten the operating hours, combined with the rude attitude of the staff, left me extremely disappointed. I give this place 1 star and will not be returning.
