I visited this location today at around 1pm and was really disappointed with the experience. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, which made the visit uncomfortable. There was no sense of customer service or courtesy?just a dismissive attitude that left a bad impression. I usually enjoy Pret, but this branch did not live up to the standard. Definitely won?t be coming back here.

Ask the staff where is my coffee after waited for a while, the dude just toss me the coffee which has been sitting on the counter for some time. And confronted me why didn?t you ask? Excuse me? Should I make the coffee I paid for too?

£9.40 for a Mocha and Tuna melt sandwich at 7:30 am. The coffee tasted weak, thin and was presented lukewarm. In fact, why not call it, coffee flavoured milk instead.The last time I purchased coffee in Pret was around 3-4 years ago, and that was the same experience, hence the gap.I don't understand why people go there for coffee when that's not what you're getting?Very poor. I can't even finish the coffee because it's gone cold, unacceptable quality for the price.

I have just been to the store to collect my Breakfast Bag from the Too Good To Go app. On arrival, they told me there were no more bags left ? even though I had already paid for it.This was a 15 minute walk from my office then a 15 minute walk back ? empty handed.The individual I was discussing this with had absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever and just told me that they would refund me. I repeatedly told him that I did not want a refund ? I wanted to food I had paid for. They offered no alternative solution and just proceeded to try and rush me out of the store.Just such a terrible experience. I will be leaving a 0 star review everyday just so people can realise how badly this store is managed.
