Every Wed morning around 7am myself and 2 of my friends meet for coffee before work. Katerina is normally the lady serving us. She is wonderful. So bright and cheerful and helpful, she brightens up our morning. Perfect way to start the day

Opening hours are not updated properly. 2 minutes after ordering they told me they are closing and I am not allowed to have my coffee in.
They wasn?t even saying it in a nice way.

Dirty tables and no queue management as usual

The tables are dirty, and not one member of staff has even been to have a look at the state of the place, let alone clean the tables so that I can place my coffee and a snack that came to almost £7 onto a clean table. Disgraceful. Why has it been made acceptable for customers to have to serve and clean tables before and after we use them.
Sort it out, Pret. Employ enough people so that there is enough staff to serve and keep the cafe in order.

Stall by the front door was broken, I am heavily pregnant and couldve seriously injured myself . Why had the stall not been removed? It literally fell apart the moment you touched it. To make it worse the staff instantly laughed . It would be a real shame if either of them were pregnant and hurt themselves, wouldnt it!

I?ve went to Pret in NYC before, and it was a great surprise to find it in London! Healthy, organic and so so delicious foods and drinks, definitely one of my favorites! Thank you!
