Dear Pret a Manger Team,
I wanted to share my recent experience at your Borough Market location. I ordered a ginger shot and requested hot water to be added due to a health concern. However, the manager (Cara) informed me that this request couldn?t be fulfilled due to ?safety reasons.? I explained that I am an adult and have been accommodated at other branches without any issues. Unfortunately, I was still unable to get the hot water.
Later, I visited another Pret a Manger location where the staff were happy to fulfill my request without any problems please find the below photos.
I believe in the importance of consistent service across all locations. I hope you can look into this matter.

Very nice small coffee shop with outstanding service. Hot tasty coffee and you have to try their hot toast, it?s incredible. Manager Gilberto went out and beyond when me and my friend was wondering on selection to help us with choices. What a positive and wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

The thing that caught my eye the most when I came to England was Pret a Manger. I was surprised by the incredible number of stores, as if I was walking and couldn't see Pret a Manger, I could see the next Pret a Manger. I thought I'd try it at least once, but maybe the store I ended up in wasn't very good, and I was disappointed because the coffee wasn't good at all. The opening and closing of the entrance door is very noisy and creates a bad atmosphere. The staff was nice.

Awful pret, coffee taste like piss. Customer service is rude and quick like they want to rush you off your feet. Honestly. Coffee not substantial. Didn't actually taste like a cappuccino. Asked to stay in, they charged an extra 20p and still give me a take out cup? Weird. Vibes not right here.

Not the best Pret but super conveniently located. Opposite Borough Market and right by London Bridge station - although there?s also a Pret at the station.Arrived and there were quite a few items out of stock. The food wasn?t to a good standard and I ended up switching my wrap for another.The staff were clueless about collecting stars, but friendly enough. Coffee was good though.

Meh, staff didn't know about vegan or gluten free products, toilet was 'broken', the place wasn't very clean clean and general service was quite rude. Big shame.

The guy serving this morning was very rude - tall, blonde, facial hair, slim.I tried to ask where my drink was and he told me off for interrupting him. I didn't - he was waiting for someone to accept their drink. When I finally got my drink he offered no apology for my extended wait, even when I said an apology would be nice. Made me feel upset and angry to start my day. What a shame pret. You used to be good. I used to work for you and love the brand. Not any more.

The manager here is SO MEAN! haven?t see anything like it. She?s humiliates her staff in front of customers. I feel so bad for them. She was really rude to me the other day too. Really horrid grumpy lady 24/7
