Yet again I ordered sandwiches for a business lunch today and not only was it not delivered on time, the correct order was not even there and had apparently got lost on the way. Our office is a 2min walk. We then got some sandwiches but over 45mins late and PRET now charge £10 to deliver. Very disappointing and frustrating and stressful.

I arrived late in the morning for my favourite porridge with honey and seeds. No seeds left. A friendly guy with a beard went into the back to make me some more. Fab service. Thank You!

We came in during a very busy time on Christmas Day, but the service was attentive regardless and the workers seemed to be communicating amazingly with each other despite the chaos. They were out of most pastries, as I?m sure the crowd had grabbed them up, but they had a lemon cake which I found delicious. However, I was very disappointed when the hot chocolate I ordered came very weak and was made with hot water, instead of with milk. I feel that if you are paying 4.5 for a drink, there is a certain quality standard that is intrinsic and automatic and I would have thought milk would have been part of that standard. This was our first time visiting a Pret a Manger, and I?m not sure we will be coming again after this.

I ordered a cappuccino and an almond croissant!
The croissant is warm and very chewy... I didn't expect much and just ate it, but I was surprised at how delicious it was!
I like it because it tastes good without using any coffee?
It's a pity that there aren't many places to sit in the store :/

They have a good variety of sweets, and the white filter was nice.
The number of seats is not numerous, but there were plenty of available seats even on a Saturday.

Ich gehe immer wieder gerne zu Pret. Die Sachen sind immer frisch zubereitet und appetitlich gestaltet. Auch schmeckt der ? hier sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cannot call a London trip complete unless I tried out the OG Pret stores. I stopped by the one right by St. Paul's Cathedral. The place was clean. The barista was very friendly. I ordered a caramel latte. It was strange that they don't have multiple coffee sizes. Regardless, the coffee was great, really loved the nutty caramel flavor. I also tried the French butter croissant and an avo, olive and toms sandwich. To my surprise, the croissant was very flaky and tasted fresh. The avo, olive and toms sandwich was delicious. I never thought that tapenade and tomatoes would pair well with smashed avocado. Overall, I now get the hype of Pret in London and they can totally count me as a fan!
