Yet again I ordered sandwiches for a business lunch today and not only was it not delivered on time, the correct order was not even there and had apparently got lost on the way. Our office is a 2min walk. We then got some sandwiches but over 45mins late and PRET now charge £10 to deliver. Very disappointing and frustrating... read full comment
