This store used to be great. Now its just a shambles. Every time I go there, no matter the time, the queue is out the door. I can't work out if its staff incompetence or they just don't care?Just went in to buy a sandwich....'oh, we haven't started making them yet'...are you kidding me? Its LUNCH TIME.Have complained to Head Office as this isn't typical of the Pret brand.
