This Pret is my favourtie Pret in London - the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, but what really stands out is the exceptional service. All the staff are super friendly, especially Vrunda who is so kind and goes out of her way to make her customers feel welcome. Highly recommend!

Visited this branch of Pret regularly in the mornings whilst I was studying nearby. Whilst the whole team are polite and service was good Emma was exceptional, she made my year studying extra special. I know she must see hundreds of people every day but she always made me feel welcome and had time to say hi in the morning when I stopped in for coffee. She even congratulated me when I sat my exams! See you when I'm up there for graduation :)

I remember 1980s sandwich bars. Pret is Michelin starred by comparison. Wish they'd invent some new sandwiches though
