It was 10:45 PM, and the guy who was cleaning told me to leave, even though I was still consuming. I found it unnecessary, considering there were still 50 minutes left before the place closed.

shop manager, Omid, was mistreating and publicly embarrassing one of the staff members, Dani (also known as EJ), in front of myself and other customers. Omid raised his voice at Dani, causing him visible distress and creating an uncomfortable environment for everyone present.
As a regular customer and someone who works at the Victoria Coach Station for FlixBus, I find this behaviour highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I approached Dani afterwards to offer him comfort and support, which I felt was necessary given the distress caused by the manager's conduct.
I believe that all staff members deserve to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of the circumstances. Such behaviour from a managerial position not only damages staff morale but also reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole.
I hope Pret looks into this and take appropriate steps.

Typical Pret food, place to sit while waiting for coach. The server who served me was very polite, but the manager seemed quite rude and was condescending his member of staff infront of customers. This was an uncomfortable experience and I hope this isn't how staff are treated all the time.

My girlfriend had a ham and cheese sandwich today at your branch and has now fallen ill with stomachache!

When popping in for a sandwich to grab for the train on commute home, homeless people follow you to the tills begging for food. It?s an uncomfortable experience , and no one intervenes/ no security anywhere.
My one sandwich turned into £25.
I asked the assistants if they could help with any kind of discount, (whilst they watch the homeless hound me) and pointed to the one sandwich that was mine. I didn?t expect they could definitely help, but worth asking.
I couldn?t really afford what I bought, and I know that?s just my own fault. But you do feel guilty for these people. This experience has put me off ever going to that location again.
I just thought worth mentioning, for others who find it hard to say no. Stay away!

convenient location inside the coach station for early morning buses you might have missed your breakfast for. food and coffee options are average as expected from Pret. but this morning I had AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE from the staff working the early morning shift ? I was a solo traveler and needed to quickly nip away for a bit. they accommodated my request and were genuinely warm and friendly. kudos to the team for warm smiles so early in the morning:)

Pret a Manger offers a limited selection of vegan options, including sandwiches and salads. It's a convenient stop for a quick vegan meal, although the options may not be as varied as some might hope. Overall, a decent choice for vegans on the go.
