Visit to Pret A Manger ? Regent Street
I had a disappointing experience at the Pret location on Regent Street today. I went in to meet a friend and decided to wait upstairs until they arrived, at which point we planned to order together. However, before I could even settle in, a staff member approached me with the assumption that I was only there to use the toilet.
Despite explaining that I was meeting someone and intended to make a purchase once they arrived, he continued to insist on his assumption in a rude and accusatory manner. I felt unfairly judged and unwelcome, especially since I made my intentions clear.
Feeling uncomfortable, I decided to leave and meet my friend elsewhere. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and unfortunately, I won?t be returning to this location again

Rude staff member with Brown-skinned woman. She blatantly ignored the person already waiting at the counter and served someone else first. I honestly don?t get why someone with no sense of customer service would be hired to work at a café. She didn?t even apologise or come back to take my order

Was using this Pret for 7 months in a row and i need to say: the best organised Pret branch i ever seen in London ? they have someone just constantly making coffee and 1-2 persons taking orders, so the waiting time for your coffee is second to none! ? there is always someone cleaning the floor and tables on a regular basis? and as soon as they memorised my face my coffee was waiting for me even before i had a chance to order it. This is really priceless. Thank you guys, you are the best?

One more time experience in PRET, the washroom was locked with the excuse of it being out of service. This unwritten policy from Pret towards customers is unacceptable. Pret always accept customers but not accommodate their essential needs. Such a shame Pret!!
