This is my local Pret and I don't think I have ever reviewed a chain before but this is unique because the team at Stamford street are so special and fantastic. They are the kindest, friendliest most polite people and they deserve to be recognised for their work by the Pret business.

I recently visited a cozy Pret, not far from Waterloo Station. The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff were friendly. It?s a great spot for a quick bite or coffee break with fresh and tasty food options. Conveniently located for commuters, I?ll visit again.

Pret are obviously on economy mode and the customers are shortchanged on so many levels - deliberately avoiding napkins for takeaway - half shots of espresso, consistently understaffed and long queues. Time to support local business and NOT corporate chains - Goodbye

Lovely (even if short) experience at this Pret! My partner was desperately looking for a toilet so we asked if first we could go to the toilet, the guy (probably the barista) behind the counter told us unfortunately they didn't have but he pointed us to the next Pret with a toilet in a very professional and kind way. In fact we had our breakfast to the next Pret and it was really tasty, even there the service was great! Lovely hard-working young lady!Thank you very much! You deserve a pay rise!??

Just visited a couple of days ago I would like to say the staff and the manager Martina were amazing and helped me with the charger when I needed to charge my phone. Amazing coffee and selection of food as well.
